1. What is the "Trial Version limit"? |
|
(1) This program is free to use during the 15-day trial
period, however printed calendars will be marked "Trial
Version"
(2) The "Save As" function can export the calendar to
"Bmp" or "JPG" Format pictures, and It'll be also marked
"Trial Version"
(3) More Templates can only be installed by Registered
Users.

2. How to Save the Calendar to a bitmap file? |
|
Use "Save As" Button in the main function window, Select
"Bitmap" or "Jpeg" format as you want. |

3. Can I set the paper size of my own? |
|
Yes, If you can't find proper paper size in the list,
try use "Custom Size", please see the help of Set paper. |

4. I can't print the Calendar use my Printer
correctly? |
|
First, Please describe your printer setup. Do you have
the latest printer drivers; Second, Please describe your
paper set, perhaps your printer does not support the
paper size;Last, If you still can't print the calendar
correctly, Try Save As a Bitmap file, and then print it
use any other programs, such as windows Picture and
Image Viewer or mspaint. If you still have questions,
contact us for technical support. |

5. When I Click print, the preview is empty, why? |

Try again, you will see the right preview.

6. I've bought A Serial Number, but when I type my
name and Serial Number, It tells error, why? |
|
(1) The program version older than 1.11 perhaps will not
work for the Serial number you get from protexis. if so,
contact us please.
(2) For Ver1.11 or later, Please check your name and
serial number more carefully. We Advise you to use Copy
and Paste, not type in, Because it's more quickly and
accurately.
(3) Still error, tell us, we'll reply ASAP. |

7. How to Clone my component? |
|
Use "Copy and paste" function to clone a new component. |
|
8. How to Clone a new page? |
|
Select the page you want to clone, then click "Add a new
page" will generate a cloned page. |

9. How to install new templates? |
For convenience, we provide template package as "Exe
File", just download
and simply run the installation program, answer the
prompts, and it will be installed.
Note: New templates can only be installed by registered
users. |

10. How to Auto-resize the components when i am changing
the paper size? |
|
When you setting Paper, Check "Auto Adjust components to
fit the new page size" . |
